Upcoming MIBOR BLC Field Additions

We want to notify you that the MLS Grid will be adding the following fields at the request of MIBOR BLC on February 6, 2024. These changes will only affect data consumers with access to MIBOR BLC. FIELDS ADDED TO ALL DATA FEED TYPES

MBR_FenceYN MBR_LowMaintenanceLifestyleYN MBR_PoolYN MBR_PrimaryBathroomDescription This change will take effect on February 6, 2024 at approximately 9:30am MST. Any new or modified records from the MLS will immediately receive these changes when it goes into effect.
