Upcoming RMLS Alliance MLS Field Additions and Name Changes

We want to notify you that the MLS Grid will be adding the following fields at the request of RMLS Alliance (rmlsa) on February 1, 2024. These changes will only affect data consumers with access to RMLS Alliance. FIELD ADDED TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

NetOperatingIncome renamed RMA_ActualNetOperatingIncome GrossScheduledIncome renamed to RMA_ProjectedGrossIncome GrossIncome renamed RMA_ActualGrossIncome ProjectedExpense renamed RMA_ProjectedOperatingExpense ActualExpense renamed RMA_ActualOperatingExpense TotalPassThroughCost renamed RMA_EstAnnualPassthroughCostperSqft This change will take effect on February 1, 2024 at approximately 09:30 MST (Mountain Standard Time). Any new or modified records from the MLS will immediately receive these changes when it goes into effect.
