IMPORTANT Northwest Indiana REALTORS® Association Changes
We want to notify you that the Northwest Indiana REALTORS® Association (NIRA) will be changing MLS Systems from Rapattoni to Flex MLS effective February 26, 2024. As part of their transition to a new MLS system NIRA will suspend Listing Input in their Rapattoni system starting on February 23, 2024. As part of this transition to a new MLS system several IMPORTANT changes will take place. Please familiarize your organization with each of the these changes to ensure no interruption in access to NIRA listings from the MLS Grid API.
The OriginatingSystemName for the MLS will be updated to ‘nira’. The prior OriginatingSystemName ‘gniar’ will no longer be in use. Please ensure you prepare to use the new OriginatingSystemName in your requests to the MLS Grid API.
The Local Fields Prefix will be updated to ‘NRA_’. The prior Local Fields Prefix ‘GNR_’ will no longer be in use.
The Prefixed Key Values will be updated to ‘NRA’. The prior Prefixed Key Values will no longer be in use.

New Local Fields will replace the prior Local Fields from their prior MLS system. A list of the new Local Fields can be found at the link below: https://www.mlsgrid.com/s/NEW-LOCAL-FIELDS-IN-NIRA-MLS-SYSTEM.pdf

This change will take effect on February 26, 2024 at approximately 8:00AM CST. It is important that you prepare of each of the changes detailed above to ensure no interruption in access to NIRA listings from the MLS Grid API.
