Upcoming RANW Field Additions and Changes

MLS Grid would like to notify your organization of upcoming changes to the data feeds provided for RANW MLS. Two new fields will be added to the Property resource, as well as a change to an existing field in the Property resource to bring this field more in line with the RESO Data Dictionary. These changes will only affect Data Consumers with access to RANW MLS. On March 26, 2024 at approximately 09:30 AM MST the following changes will occur. NEW FIELDS ADDED TO THE PROPERTY RESOURCE

RAN_Buyer Inducements will be added to the Property resource RAN_MiscClosedInfo2 will added to the Property resource These are NEW fields from the MLS and will only become available on new or modified property records as the information is added in the RANW MLS System. These fields will NOT be backfilled to older property records. CHANGES TO EXISTING FIELD

RAN_BathroomsTotal will be RENAMED as BathroomsTotalInteger in the Property resource Following the change to the field name the calculation for this field will change from a decimal to an integer, and the name change will bring the field into compliance with the RESO Data Dictionary. These changes to the field name and its calculation will only become available on new or modified property records as the information is added in the RANW MLS System. These fields will NOT be backfilled to older property records. Please do not repull older records as this new field will not be available on those older records. These changes will take effect on March 26, 2024 at approximately 09:30 AM MST.
