Upcoming MRED Field Additions

We want to notify you that the MLS Grid will be adding the following fields at the request of MRED MLS on March 26, 2024 at approximately 09:30 AM MST. These changes will only affect data consumers with access to MRED MLS. FIELDS ADDED TO PROPERTY RESOURCE MRD_CompSaleYN will be added to the Property resource MRD_BuyerTransactionCoordinatorId will be added to the Property resource MRD_ListingTransactionCoordinatorId will be added to the Property resource These are NEW fields from the MLS and will only become available on new or modified property records as the information is added in the MRED MLS System. These field will NOT be backfilled to older property records.

OfficeBrokerMlsId will be added to the Office Resource This a NEW field from the MLS and will only become available on new or modified property records as the information is added in the MRED MLS System. This field will NOT be backfilled to older office records. This change will take effect on March 26, 2024 at approximately 09:30 AM MST.
