Canopy Field Additions

MLS Grid would like to notify your organization of upcoming changes to the data feeds provided for Canopy MLS. Three new fields will be added to the Property resource. These changes will only affect Data Consumers with access to Canopy MLS on AUGUST 21, 2024.

NEW FIELD ADDED TO ALL DATA FEEDS (IDX, VOW, BO, and PT) PoolFeatures Canopy MLS moved the existing “Pool” selections from the Exterior Features and Community Features field, and put them in a dedicated Pool Features field. NEW FIELDS ADDED TO VOW, BO, and PT DATA FEEDS SerialU

ShowingConsiderations The addition of the PoolFeatures field will be backfilled to applicable existing records.

The addition of the SerialU and Showing Considerations fields will become available on new or modified property records as the information is added in the Canopy MLS System. These fields will NOT be backfilled to older property records. Please do not repull older records as this new field will not be available on those older records.
