Changes to SOMO Association Fee Fields

We want to notify you that the MLS Grid will be modifying the following fields at the request of Southern Missouri Regional MLS (SOMO) on August 28, 2024. These changes will only affect data consumers with access to Southern Missouri Regional MLS (SOMO). FIELDS BEING MODIFIED

SOM_CondoAssociationFee will become AssociationFee2

SOM_CondoAssociationFeeFrequency will become AssociaitonFee2Frequency This change will take effect on AUGUST 28, 2024 at approximately 09:00 MST. Any new or modified records from the MLS will immediately receive these changes when it goes into effect. Please take appropriate steps to rename the fields in your local environment accordingly.
