# Realtracs MLS: Changes to MLS Grid IDX and VOW Rules Hello API Data Consumer, We want to notify you that the MLS Grid will be making the following changes to the MLS Grid IDX and VOW Rules with additions that apply solely to Realtracs MLS. The details of the change can be found below.\ \ **MLS Affected:** Realtracs MLS\ **Date of Change:** April 29, 2026\ **Date Change is Effective:** May 13, 2026\ **Date Compliance is Effective:** May 31, 2026 Realtracs MLS has requested the following updates to the MLS Grid IDX and VOW Rules.\ \ **The MLS Grid IDX Rules will be updated to add the following language for the applicable rules:**\ \ **7. Withholding Property Address from Display**\ For Realtracs Participants Only: A property listed by a seller who has elected not to have the property listing or the property address displayed on the Internet or other electronic forms of display or distribution shall not be included in public display.\ \ **9. Criteria for IDX Display** For Realtracs Participants Only: All listings in the MLS Grid Data that match a consumer’s search criteria must be returned by Vendor’s consumer search results, unless the seller, at their sole direction, has elected not to include their property listing or property address in public display.
